    Lena believes that with minimal effort, one can achieve maximum results with correctly selected and enjoyable exercises at any age. With a mix of Reformer, mat and props, Lena ensures a well-rounded and engaging workout. Based on but not limited to the classical Pilates technique, Lena’s sessions are carefully tailored to your unique needs.

    Many clients feel the difference after just one session, while substantial improvement becomes visible within the first six. Lena offers personalized 1-2-1 sessions that can be enjoyed solo or shared with up to three people. Flexible 1-2-1 format also allows for the “book 6, pay for 5” scheme.

    Class Options:

    • In-Person: Central London or location at your choice. Please contact info@e-lena.org
    • Virtual: 60 or 30 min private sessions from the comfort of your home

    INDEPENDENT PILATES

    Can’t make it to the studio?

    You can easily do Pilates from home with minimal equipment either by booking a virtual private session or by using specially designed online guided classes.

    A monthly subscription gives you unlimited access to all online lessons, allowing you to practice as much as you like.

    If you are a beginner, please look into the Before You Begin section to familiarise yourself with the fundamentals to follow throughout your practice.

    Taken twice a week, usually after six sessions you start noticing improvements in your posture and feel more toned, defined and supple. Your range of movement increases as does your general understanding of how your body moves. You might even discover some new or underused muscles.
