If you are new to Pilates, some exercises might look unusual or a bit simple at first, but they are so effective that you typically won’t need to do more than six to ten repetitions. When done correctly, you’ll be surprised by their intensity. These online classes are different from your standard gym routine, because Pilates aims at building up your strength from the core, and not bulking up the superficial muscles.

When exercising on your own, think Micro to Macro moves, initiating from your core through the breath. Stay in count and occasionally change the music during your practice to keep it fresh and engaging. Your body, mind, and soul will soon start responding in a wonderful positive way.
